Introduction
ItemIQ (“we,” “our,” or “us”) builds tools for reseller product workflows, including our iOS/mobile application (“App”) and connected web experiences. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the App or otherwise interact with our services described here.
Information We Collect
Personal Information
- Email address (for account creation)
- Name and organization information
- Profile information you choose to provide
Usage Information
- Photos and listing-related content you upload or capture for processing within the App
- App usage statistics and analytics
- Device information and operating system
- Crash reports and error logs
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain our services

- Ensure security and prevent fraud
Data Storage and Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your photos and data are stored securely using industry-standard encryption.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except:
- With your explicit consent
- To comply with legal obligations
- To protect our rights and safety
- With trusted service providers who assist in our operations
Third-Party Services
Depending on features you enable, our services may integrate with third-party providers including:
- Google Cloud–based APIs and tooling for AI and media processing where applicable
- Firebase / Google Cloud for authentication, databases, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and related infrastructure
- Stripe for payments and billing (when you purchase credits or subscriptions through the App)
- Marketplace or commerce platforms you choose to connect (for example eBay, Shopify, or TikTok Shop) pursuant to OAuth or similar authorization flows
- Apple App Store (and optionally TestFlight) for app distribution
Use of third-party accounts is voluntary and subject to those services’ respective terms and privacy policies.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account (see “Account deletion” below)
- Opt-out of marketing communications where applicable
- Request information about data portability, where technically feasible
Account deletion
If you created an ItemIQ login, you may permanently delete your account from inside the mobile App:
Profile → Settings → Delete account, then confirm.
What happens when your account is deleted:
- Your Firebase Authentication identity is removed, so you can no longer sign in with those credentials.
- Your primary user profile stored at
users/{your account id} is deleted.
- Your connected marketplace/link integrations tied to your user id (such as connections you authorized for platforms like eBay, Shopify, or TikTok Shop) are removed from our databases.
- Social “following” edges we store that reference your email or uid are removed.
- If you made payments through Stripe, we attempt to remove the Stripe customer profile associated with your account; Stripe may retain certain transaction records under its obligations.
What may not be erased immediately: uploaded images, SKU history, org-shared inventory datasets, aggregated analytics, backups, offline archives, and similar operational content may persist for a period for security, troubleshooting, contractual obligations tied to organizations you belonged to, or legal retention—even after your login is deleted. Such content typically cannot be recalled by signing in once your account deletion has completed.
For account-deletion assistance or GDPR-related inquiries, email privacy@itemiq.com; for general support, email support@itemiq.ai.
Children's Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
