ItemIQ is built around five core actions: Create, Find, Analyze, Authenticate, and Scale. Start with the guides below to help users get value in their first session.

First Session Checklist (10 minutes)

  1. Open Home and choose either Start SKUing or Quick SKU.
  2. Create one item from scratch, then test Find IIQ Item with SKU or barcode.
  3. Run Ask IIQ for details and a Comps Check on the same item.
  4. Review results in My Items and verify changes appear in History.

Create an IIQ Item

  1. From Home, go to the Create an IIQ Item section.
  2. Enter SKU manually or use scanner tools.
  3. Choose Start SKUing for full workflow or Quick SKU for speed.
  4. Confirm images/details, then save to your inventory flow.

Find or Claim Existing Items

  1. Use Find IIQ Item to search by SKU or scan.
  2. Use Claim Your IIQ Item when an item already exists and should be attached to your account flow.
  3. If no result is found, return to Create workflow and build a new item.

Use Ask IIQ + Comps

  1. Open Ask IIQ from Home or item context.
  2. Use Item Details for data enrichment.
  3. Use Comps Check to compare similar listings and guide pricing decisions.
  4. Use Marketplace Assist when preparing listing-ready output.

Scale with Bulk + Team Workflows

  1. Open Profile for Services, Connections, and team operations.
  2. Run Bulk Import for larger loads and track progress in Job Manager.
  3. Connect integrations as needed, then standardize your repeat process for your team.
